For Brocon we have created a dedicated team of two .Net developers which is responsible for the development of this software product, testing and technical support during implementation.
Our team worked on two projects:
Solvent - a debt collection software that was fully written by our software team.
Based on the existing Solvent project our team mapped all the features of the solution
and rebuilt the platform enabling the customer to use new technologies
and speed up the development of new features.
The application includes a wide range of import and export functionalities.
CRM project - used internally in Brocon where our team has implemented many new features. This unique solution contains a chat system inside the CRM and Solvent applications and enables Brocon employees to have live chat with customers. This feature has been facilitated by adding syncing functionality between the CRM application and Outlook 365.
Solvent - a debt collection software enabling customers to collect unpaid invoices and take control over debts.
